Surplus store - NFT mints

Central command runs a surplus store. It proposes a variety of items for purchase.

The surplus store allows players to directly purchase some items, would it be weapons, armor or tools. They tend to be high quality since they were originally destined for the military.

Their prices are in SC and HC and only a limited number is available at each season. They are all NFTs.

In subsequent seasons, the surplus will have been completely sold and there will be no more, only source for new gear will be crafting.
