$HC may only be utilized on Last Resort, and ownership of $HC carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use $HC as a means to enable usage of and interaction within Last Resort. $HC also provides an economic incentive which will be distributed to encourage users to contribute to and participate in the ecosystem on Last Resort, thereby creating a mutually beneficial system where every participant is fairly compensated for its efforts. ## Earn There are a variety of ways to earn $HC: * Participate in bounties and other in-game events * Provide liquidity on decentralize exchange and receive LP fees ## Utilities $HC is the governance token. Every time players have a voice in the project decisions, $HC holdings will be the key to participate: * Premium [surplus items](/last-resort/economy/surplus-store-nft-mints.md): Very premium items can be purchased exclusively using $HC * [User Generated Content](/last-resort/systems/long-term-vision.md): Vote on your favorite new gear to be included next season * [DAO](/last-resort/systems/long-term-vision.md): $HC stake will represent voting rights when the DAO is implemented allowing for a voice in the selection of the maire and council ## Claim tokens Players can claim their earned tokens from the game after the player account has been created for at least 12 Days. Then, they can be claimed every 48 hours. #### Transaction fee * A 4% fee based on $HC claimed will be charged * Minimum chargeable fee: TBD
